We are going to find out come Spring 2012 when we all go in search of the Carolina Mountain Goat.
This trail run Series will be characterized by Mountain trails with heart pounding elevation gains, technical downhill thrills, and just enough forest and water to make things interesting .
You dont have to be an expert, however you should be in good physical condition for this series.
So dust off those trail shoes and make plans to be part of this inaugural trail run series.

Do you rely on a GPS unit to keep from getting lost What happens when the batteries run out or you drop it in a stream Solid knowledge of basic map and compass skills are essential when traveling in the backcountry.
